1. Introduction

The party cell of the faculty of Natural Sciences Education was established in 2007 with 08 members. Over 15 years of establishment and development, the party cell has recruited 11 members, among whom are 04 female members accounting for 36,36 percent. The youngest member is Comrade Nguyễn Đức Hưng (02 years of Communist Party age), and the eldest is Comrade Võ Thành Lâm (35 years of Communist Party age).

The party cell of the faculty of Natural Sciences Education is under the direct supervision and management of Saigon University Party Committee. Ever since its establishment, the party cell has always been regarded as “Honest, Strong”.

The party cell of the faculty of Natural Sciences Education has directed all political missions, with the stated visions: Realizing the fundamentals of training and research, doing technology transfer and boosting cooperation to enhance the development of education, and especially the faculty of Natural Sciences Education, fulfilling the application of industrialization, modernization and international development. Until 2030, the faculty of Natural Sciences Education is bound to be a high-quality training and research facility, doing technology transfer and providing a skilled workforce that is on par with other top institutions in the region.

2. Functional missions of the party cell:

The party cell implements the guidelines, missions, policies of the Communist Party, the laws of the government; direct the political missions of the department, improving the physical and mental well-being of the party members, the department staff, and building a strong party cell.

The party cell directs all professional activities, ideological work, staff organization work, unions, the work of building and developing Communist Party; supervising the implementation of the Communist Party’s policies, the laws of the government, and implementing the rules of the Communist Party.

Views on leadership: focusing on democracy, publicly announcing the activities via administrative activities, professional activities, teaching and communication with the students. Leadership motto: With the government, officials are the center; With the teacher-student relationship, students are the center.
